How tos: NEW SHAV Member Portal

SHAV is thrilled to announce the launch of our new website and Member Portal! 


Enjoy better navigation, streamlined event notifications/registrations and memberships, access to SHAV resources and merchandise, and more! 


Additionally, the new portal allows you to: 


  • View and update your information
  • Make payments, view receipts, and save payment methods for auto-renewal or auto-fill
  • Track and manage your SHAV membership
  • Access members-only documents and resources such as meeting minutes and past SHAV-a-Grams
  • and more! 


Please note: you must create a new SHAV account (if you have not done so on or after August 28, 2024). 


We hope these new features allow for a more streamlined approach to your SHAV membership and involvement in the organization and thank you for your continued support as we work to improve your member experience!

  • Log In

    CLICK HERE to access the member portal, or use the login button at the top right corner of the page. 


    Enter your username and password, and select the blue "sign in" button. You will be directed to the portal home page!


    Please note: you must make a new SHAV acccount if you have not done so on or before August 28, 2024.

  • Sign Up

    Follow the steps below to activate your account! 


    1. CLICK HERE to access the portal welcome page. 
    2. Select the orange "Sign Up" button. You will be redirected to an extended sign up page.
    3. In the "Portal Account Type" dropdown menu, select "Individual." 
    4. Fill in the remaining fields. 
    5. Verify the CAPTCHA by selecting the checkbox. 
    6. Select the orange "Sign Up" button to complete your account setup! 

  • View or Change My Information

    The portal home page is shown to the left. Use the profile icon in the top right corner to update your info, let us know your contact preferences, change your password, or update payment methods. 


    Payments/invoices, event registrations (after August 1, 2024), memberships, and relevant documents may be accessed through the icons in the middle of your screen. You may also make donations (Advocacy or General Fund) in the payments screen and upload any relevant SHAV documents of your own into your profile in the Documents screen!
