Provide opportunities for members to:
Collaborate on specific areas of practice
Network with others who share their professional interest
Promote learning and professional growth

Who:
Participants must be SHAV members
Each group will have a SHAV Board liaison

When and Where:
Each group will determine the details of scheduling
Options could include both virtual and in person meetings
Based on availability, SHAV may assist with virtual meeting space

Activities:
Each group will determine its activities but could include:
Shared reading
Discussion
Speakers
Projects
Development of presentations
